Primary Responsibilities

Our downtown Toronto-based head-office has a full-time opportunity in our Sales team for a motivated individual in the role of an Account Manager.

As an Account Manager at MRG, you will be interacting with key individuals at Fortune 500 companies and leading healthcare organizations with the goal of conveying the benefits of MRG?s products and services and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients and potential clients to win new markets and cultivate relationships
  • Create, develop and maintain a well-organized database of clients
  • Persist in getting appointments, negotiating terms and closing sales
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly sales quotas
  • Provide after-sales service
  • Assist and liaise with Marketing Department and Research Analysts in the identification of target markets and building business development


    Qualifications

  • Ability to connect with people, understand and meet their needs
  • Outgoing, positive, proactive and self-motivated personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?10/10?
  • Goal-driven with a need for achievement in all that you do
  • Experience with account management and territory planning
  • Experience working in a metrics driven sales environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the sales team
  • Minimum of 1-2 years inside sales experience required
  • University degree required
